    You can basically visit our website without us collecting any personal data of yours. Personal data is only collected, processed or used if you put products on your reminder list, set up a client account, place an order or voluntarily disclose it to us as part of visiting this website, for instance when getting in touch with us or registering for our newsletter. Furthermore we use cookies and Google Analytics on our website. You can obtain more detailed explanations about what these involve in Figure III and Figure IV below.

  2. 2.When setting up a client account

    We collect the following personal data when you set up a client account:

    • Private client or company;
    • First Name and Surname;
    • Street and Number;
    • Zip Code, Place, Country,
    • E-Mail Address.

    This data is collected in order to

    • set up an online client account;
    • enable us to know who our contractual partner is;
    • explain, draft the content of and execute any contracts concluded via our website;
    • check the plausibility of the data submitted and the contractual capability of the user;
    • contact you, if necessary, if any issues need to be clarified.

II Disclosure to Third Parties

Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties. The only exceptions to this are if there is a statutory obligation to disclose your personal data or if disclosure is required to enable us to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce any claims arising out of this contractual relationship with you.

III Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small alphanumeric files that your browser automatically generates and that are saved on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our website. Cookies do not damage your terminal device and do not contain viruses, trojans or other malware.

IV Use of Google Analytics
